Shipping Policy

We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 0-3 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch with you accordingly.

Standard Shipping is free for all customers across India. For international shipments, please get in touch with us by email at and we will arrange it at an additional cost (this depends on our logistics partners and country of delivery).

Processing the order normally takes 2-4 business days and then shipping normally takes 4-7 business days. This may vary if the orders are placed from pincodes that have delivery constraints or limited accessibility.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the respective Order Tracking facility of the courier companies. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).

The fulfilment of any order is completely at the discretion of Fanplay IoT Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Since this is a personal innerwear, we follow a no returns policy on this order.


Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
a) In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire
order amount will be refunded.
b) In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the
order can still be cancelled online. Total order amount after deduction of shipment and
handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once NDR receives the
originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
c) However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
d) In case there is an option for online download of data than cancellation will not be
e) In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total
deducted amount will be refunded.
f) In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the
buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
g) Fanplay IoT offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the
buyers card/account
