Role

Position Responsibilities:

E-Store:

  • Initiating and managing listings on as many ecommerce platforms as possible
  • Prepare and upload catalogue and images as per SKU
  • Daily order processing across channels
  • Managing logistics partners
  • End of end product shipment and tracking of the orders
  • Inventory Management
  • Generate reports for orders, products, payments
  • Payments – generating links, coupons, approving payments, returns and handling refunds

Customer support:

  • Customer care – Address customer queries through phone/whatsapp/email
  • Track and train the website Chatbot

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited university.
  • Excellent command over the English language – verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies. Be able to address issues fast and authoritatively.
  • Having a creative mindset and decision-making skills is essential
