Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, with a focus on technical projects. They should have experience of managing software development projects, and should be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from start to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Develop project scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Manage project resources, including staffing, procurement, and vendor management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Conduct project post-mortems and identify lessons learned for future projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software development projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Proven experience in managing software development projects from start to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Experience with software development methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Experience with software development tools such as Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Experience with project management for large-scale or complex projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Experience with project management for international or remote teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Experience with project management for security-focused or compliance-focused projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
