Position Responsibilities :
- Initiating and managing listings on as many ecommerce platforms as possible.
- Prepare and upload catalogue and images as per SKU.
- Daily order processing across channels.
- Managing logistics partners.
- End of end product shipment and tracking of the orders.
- Inventory Management.
- Generate reports for orders, products, payments.
- Payments – generating links, coupons, approving payments, returns and handling refunds.
Customer support :
- Customer care – Address customer queries through phone/whatsapp/email.
- Track and train the website Chatbot.
- Graduate degree from an accredited university.
- Excellent command over the English language – verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies. Be able to address issues fast and authoritatively.
- Having a creative mindset and decision-making skills is essential.
